At Coreplica Watches, we value transparency and structured handling. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

1. Final Sale & Return Policy

Due to the custom-sourced and precision-tested nature of our high-end timepieces, all sales are strictly final once shipped.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal preferences or subjective changes of mind (including but not limited to: “not as expected,” style mismatches, weight preferences, or incorrect size selection).
  • No-Return Exception: Returns are exclusively restricted to confirmed, unfixable out-of-the-box manufacturing defects that are verified by our team before any protective plastic films are removed or links are resized.

2. 2-Year Mechanical Warranty

While standard refunds for personal reasons are not supported, we fully protect your investment with an industry-leading 2-year functional warranty:

  • If your timepiece experiences internal mechanical issues (e.g., movement halting, failure to adjust time/date, automatic winding failure) within 2 years of delivery, it is fully eligible for professional service.
  • Our technical team will coordinate with our regional watchmaking partners to detect, calibrate, or replace defective movement components at no cost to you.

3. Strict Film-Removal Rule

Our quality assurance relies on the condition of the watch upon arrival:

  • Pre-Removal Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect the cosmetic condition and test basic functions (winding, time-setting, date-flipping) immediately upon delivery while all factory protective films are intact.
  • The Red Line: Once factory protective wraps, stickers, or unscrewed bracelet links are removed, the timepiece is legally deemed accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Beyond this point, only warranty repair services apply.

4. Mandatory Return Authorization

In the rare event that an out-of-the-box defect is verified and a return for factory repair or replacement is authorized by our management:

  • Your request must include your order number and an unedited video showing the functional defect while the watch remains in its fully wrapped factory state.

⚠️ Warning: Do not ship any package to our outbound logistics hubs or any address on the packaging. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by logistics and completely forfeited.

5. Service & Repair Processing Time

When an authorized item is received at our technical service center:

  • Diagnostic Window: Inspection and timegrapher diagnostic testing require 2–5 business days.
  • Resolution: If a factory defect is confirmed, we will prioritize a professional movement repair or source an identical replacement head. If a partial or full store credit is granted under rare management approval, it will be processed to your account within 5 business days.

6. Voiding of Warranty & Coverage

We reserve the right to decline any warranty or repair claim if the timepiece shows clear signs of:

  • Physical impact, drops, casing dents, or shattered crystals.
  • Water intrusion due to failure to fully screw down the crown prior to water exposure.
  • Unauthorized third-party disassembly, local repairs, or aftermarket modifications.
