At Coreplica Watches, we are committed to fair and structured refund handling. Please review the information below before requesting a refund.

1. Warranty & Coverage

All of our timepieces come with a 2-year functional warranty from the date of delivery.

  • What is covered: Non-accidental, internal mechanical movements and functional manufacturing defects (e.g., movement halting, failure to adjust time/date, or kinetic/winding power reserve issues).
  • What is NOT covered: Physical damage caused by daily wear, drops, impacts, water intrusion, unauthorized third-party disassembly, or modifications. For non-covered or accidental damage, repair and part-replacement services are available at the buyer’s expense.

2. Inspection & Protective Film Removal Policy

To ensure total transparency, please adhere to our strict inspection protocol upon delivery:

  • Initial Inspection: Before removing any protective plastic films or resizing the bracelet, thoroughly inspect the watch and test basic functions (adjusting time/date, winding the movement, checking power reserve).
  • The Film-Removal Rule: Once the protective films are removed or the bracelet is modified, you acknowledge that the watch has been accepted in perfect cosmetic and functional condition. After film removal, the item is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, and will only be eligible for standard warranty repair services.

3. Pre-Shipping Quality Control (QC)

We operate with complete accuracy and visual proof before any item leaves our facility:

  • Prior to shipment, our customer service team will provide you with high-definition quality control (QC) photos and timegrapher testing videos of your exact timepiece.
  • The order will only be dispatched after you have reviewed and explicitly approved the visual and functional metrics of the product.

4. Technical Operation Notice

While our timepieces replicate the look, weight, and visual complications of the original models, internal movement architectures may vary, meaning the precise crown engagement or winding steps might differ from the genuine counterpart.


⚠️ Important: If you are unsure how to operate, wind, or adjust a specific complex movement, please contact our support team first. Forceful or incorrect operation can damage sensitive mechanical components and will void your free warranty.

5. No-Refund & No-Return Policy

Due to the high-end custom nature of these timepieces, all sales are final once shipped.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for personal preferences or subjective reasons (including but not limited to: change of mind, “not as expected,” style mismatches, or incorrect size selection).
  • Refunds or returns are exclusively restricted to confirmed, unfixable out-of-the-box manufacturing defects verified by our team before any protective film is removed.

6. After-Sales & Repair Process

In the rare event of a functional mechanical issue:

  1. Contact our after-sales support via email with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and video proof.
  2. Once logged, your case will be routed to our dedicated watchmaking partners for professional diagnostics, calibration, or component replacement.

⚠️ Do not ship any item back or attempt local repairs without our prior written authorization, as this will immediately void the 2-year warranty.
