At Coreplica Watches, we aim to provide a clear and structured shipping process. Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing, Inspection & QC Window

Because our timepieces feature highly complex mechanical cloned movements, we do not simply “ship from a warehouse.” Every single order undergoes a rigorous, multi-step optimization process lasting 3–5 business days prior to dispatch:

  • Technical Calibration: The movement is placed on a timegrapher to test and calibrate its beat error, amplitude, and daily rate accuracy.
  • Cosmetic Inspections: A thorough hands-on quality review of the dial, bezel alignment, rehaut engraving, and clasp mechanism.
  • QC Approval: High-definition quality control (QC) photos and testing videos will be sent to you via email. Your order will be securely packed and dispatched only after you have reviewed and approved these visuals.

2. Estimated Shipping Transit Times

Once your order is approved via the QC process and enters our secure, specialized global logistics channels, typical transit windows are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Germany & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note: These timelines are realistic operational estimates. Occasional extensions may occur due to international border security queues, regional carrier disruptions, or high-volume seasonal backlogs.

3. Tracking Dispatches & Updates

Once your parcel passes our outbound hub and clears export customs, a tracking number and a direct tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving the tracking number for the initial scans to update in the global courier tracking network.
  • The digital logistics status provided by the carrier serves as the official, binding record of the package’s physical location.

4. Customs & Secure Discretionary Routing

We utilize premium, discrete shipping routes specifically optimized for high-value merchandise to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Our specialized logistics team handles the technical export declarations to minimize border friction.
  • In the rare event of a prolonged customs check, clearance speeds are beyond our direct control. However, as outlined in our delivery guarantee, if a package is officially seized, we protect our clients by providing a one-time free reshipment.

5. Package Location & “Delivered” Status

If the carrier’s digital tracking marks your package as “Delivered” but you have not physically received it:

  • Please immediately check with your building concierge, front desk, household members, or immediate neighbors who may have accepted it on your behalf.
  • Contact your local post office branch directly to request the delivery driver’s GPS drop-off coordinates. Our fulfillment obligation ends upon verified carrier delivery, but we will gladly provide any necessary logistics documentation to assist you in filing an official mail-theft report.

6. Address Accuracy & Recipient Responsibility

The buyer is strictly responsible for providing a complete, error-free shipping address and a valid phone number at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries, lost parcels, or returns caused by:

  • Incomplete apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
  • Incorrect zip codes or city names.
  • Failure to arrange re-delivery with your local courier after a missed attempt.

If a parcel is returned due to recipient negligence, a $35 re-shipping fee will be required to re-route the order.

7. Shipping Restrictions & High-Risk Zones

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund prior to shipping if:

  • The shipping address points to an insecure PO Box, military base (APO/FPO), or forwarding agency that does not sign for high-value parcels.
  • Our logistics risk-assessment flags the destination region as a high-loss zone for specialized transit.
